Yes — NorWash is fully mobile. We bring water, power, and all professional equipment directly to your driveway, office parking lot, or wherever your vehicle is parked.

Question 2

What areas of Long Island do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We proudly serve all of Long Island, including Nassau and Suffolk counties. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, give us a call — we're happy to confirm.

Question 3

How long does a detail take?

Accepted Answer

Quick Shine takes about 1–1.5 hours and Prestige runs 4–5.5 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Paint Revival takes 6–8 hours and Ceramic Finish 8–10 hours.

Question 4

What is one-step paint correction?

Accepted Answer

One-step paint correction is a single machine polishing stage that improves gloss and clarity while reducing light swirls, haze, and oxidation. It is not a full multi-stage correction, so deeper scratches may still remain.

Question 5

Will paint correction remove all scratches?

Accepted Answer

No. A one-step correction significantly improves the finish, but deeper scratches and defects that have gone through the clear coat may require multi-stage correction or may not be safely removable. Results vary with paint type, age, and condition.

Question 6

What is a ceramic coating?

Accepted Answer

A ceramic coating is a professionally applied protective layer that bonds to your paint. It adds gloss and depth, makes water bead and sheet off, improves resistance to contamination, and makes future washing much easier.

Question 7

How long does a ceramic coating last?

Accepted Answer

Longevity depends on the product used, your climate, how the vehicle is stored, and how it is maintained. Proper washing and routine maintenance keep the coating performing at its best for as long as possible.

Question 8

What is the difference between Paint Revival and Ceramic Finish?

Accepted Answer

Paint Revival includes one-step paint correction finished with a premium ceramic-based paint protectant. Ceramic Finish adds full decontamination and a true professional-grade ceramic coating for longer-lasting gloss and protection.

Question 9

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Question 10

What should I do before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Just remove any personal items you'd like to keep and make sure your vehicle is accessible. We'll handle the rest.

Question 11

Can I customize a package?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every package can be tailored with Norwash Enhancements — pet hair removal, heavy stain treatment, odor removal, clay bar, ceramic spray, and more.

Question 12

How often should I detail my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

For most drivers, a full detail every 2–3 months keeps your vehicle looking its best. Enthusiasts and daily commuters often benefit from a Care Club maintenance plan every 2–4 weeks.

Question 13

Can I combine Norwash Enhancements with any package?

Accepted Answer

Yes — enhancements can be added to any package at booking. Care Club Elite members receive exclusive discounts on all enhancements.
